About Dr. Satya

Satya Sardonicus is an innovative thought leader, international speaker, and founder of Inside the Chrysalis, a community dedicated to empowering individuals and health professionals to facilitate self-healing in the brain and body.

Dr. Satya’s professional journey is deeply intertwined with her personal story. Faced with mysterious and debilitating symptoms that baffled experts for over a decade, she was finally diagnosed with Cerebellar Tonsillar Ectopia. Determined to avoid invasive brain surgery, Dr. Satya pioneered the NeuroFascial Flow Method™—a comprehensive, body-based approach rooted in trauma-informed care that addresses the often-overlooked structural elements contributing to nervous system dysregulation. By releasing deep-seated tension patterns and promoting fluid adaptability, this method shifts the brain and body from a chronic alarm state into one of self-regulation and healing.

Drawing from her rich background as a second-generation chiropractor raised in a family of holistic health practitioners, Dr. Satya integrates chiropractic neurology, somatic therapies, holistic nutrition, and Eastern traditions into her work. Her deep passion for biotensegrity and fascia underpins a vitalistic philosophy that views the body as inherently intelligent. She believes that what we call magic is simply science not yet fully understood—and she is dedicated to deepening this understanding to create reliable, transformative healing experiences.

Dr. Satya’s contributions to the scientific community include multiple publications, including the first study defining the Dural Fascial Kinetic Chain and its influence on spinal cord function, neurobiology, and headache, and a pivotal study linking proprioception, dysautonomia, respiratory capacity, and quality of life measures. Her collaboration with renowned institutions, including the Brain Research Department at the Weizmann Institute of Science, reflects her commitment to advancing the field of integrative healthcare.

As an educator, Dr. Satya serves as a post-doctoral instructor for the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and has held academic positions at Palmer College of Chiropractic and the University of Western States. She continues to empower health professionals by teaching how to incorporate the NeuroFascial Flow Method™ into their practices, creating a ripple effect of elevated care and deeper understanding in the field of trauma-informed health.

Above all, Dr. Satya is a healer, educator, and advocate for human potential, committed to elevating the standard of care and empowering others on their journey to wellness.

NEUROFASCIAL FLOW METHOD™

The NeuroFascial Flow Method™ is a revolutionary, non-invasive approach that integrates fascia release, somatic intelligence, and trauma-informed techniques to recalibrate the nervous system. This method addresses the two primary factors underlying nervous system dysregulation: persistent alarm states and stored tension patterns. By releasing these, the body regains fluid adaptability, which reflects neurological adaptability and facilitates a return to self-regulation and healing. This method not only supports individual self-healing but also equips healthcare professionals with techniques to improve patient outcomes and address chronic conditions in innovative ways.

VISION + CONTRIBUTIONS

Dr. Satya’s vision is to shift global healthcare toward approaches that harness the body’s innate healing potential. Inside the Chrysalis, her membership community, embodies this vision by offering continuous learning and support for individuals and professionals alike. Beyond her community, Dr. Satya’s influence extends to her dynamic work as an international speaker and educator, inspiring audiences and training practitioners in innovative, body-based techniques that prioritize trauma-informed, holistic health practices. Her teaching promotes a deeper understanding of fascia, neurobiology, and the path to sustainable healing.

Dr. Satya captivates audiences with her profound insights on the impact of fascia on the brain, trauma-informed healing, and the untapped potential of the body’s self-regulating mechanisms. Her presentations inspire wellness professionals and individuals to approach health with a renewed lens of hope and understanding.
