Here's the #1 most common reason for sleep struggles: a brain running in Persistent Stress Mode❗ doesn't want to sleep soundly through the night 😳 (understandable, since that fight-flight response is meant to deal with life-threatening situations … which might not go away just because it’s nighttime ;)
But this can mean difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, and waking up exhausted 🥱 rather than well-rested 💙
